Pinecone Moonshine has partnered with The Roots Merchant out of the UK for our UK and international vinyl distribution. Our stock was transferred from Unearthed's warehouse on one large palette which is being organized this week. Half the stock will be shipped out to me to continue US Bandcamp distribution.
We tentatively plan to relaunch our vinyl fulfillment mid-September along with pre-sales for PCMSV025 2x12" by Fada.
Again many thanks are due to Ben Kei of Dalston Chillies for connecting me with The Roots Merchant which was vital to getting our stock transferred before the warehouse closed.
As you may have heard from other labels, a major distributor of Drum and Bass records, Unearthed Sounds is closing up. Pinecone Moonshine has used Unearthed to fulfill our international (outside the US) orders since 2016.
Unearthed will continue to handle orders until the end of the month, July 31st. But to leave adequate time, we will take down stock on Bandcamp, Friday July 14th until we have a longer term solution. (We were organizing a restock of inventory for the US when this news occurred and so we are low on records in the US.)
What's next for PCMS? We have already reached out to two potential partners in the UK. But it may take some weeks to finalize agreements. And to arrange for the existing stock to be moved.
We have plenty of PCMSV024, Greenleaf - Hidden Highways, left in stock and will let y'all know when it is available again post July 14th. PCMSV025, an EP by Fada, has also just left the manufacturer and we will be adjusting the release date. Beyond that we have Remixes IV planned for early next year and a couple more projects to announce.
